Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be processed in the following situations:
- Purchase Quantity Limitations: Orders that exceed the available quantity limits may be canceled.
- Disputes and Complaints: Orders may be canceled if issues arise that cannot be resolved satisfactorily.
- Stock Unavailability: If an item is out of stock, we will offer alternative solutions, including cancellation if requested.
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted before the order is shipped.
- Non-Receipt of Payment: Orders without successful payment will be automatically canceled.
Please note: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Partial Deliveries
If your order is damaged during transit or fails to arrive, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
In cases of partial deliveries:
- We will refund the missing items and charge only for the products you received.
Delivery Waiting Period
Please allow up to 30 business days from the shipment date for your order to arrive.
If your order is delayed beyond this timeframe, or if it has been held or returned, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Product Quality Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us within 45 days of delivery. We are happy to provide a replacement or a refund as per your request.
Note: Claims submitted after 45 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Conditions for Refunds or Replacements
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- Products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
- Products that have been tampered with, damaged, or altered may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, please allow time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method or financial institution.
